The answer is yes! Eglooh supports local artisans and companies and we collaborate with them to offer you quality products that are strictly “Made in Italy”.
For proper cleaning and to ensure that your purchase lasts a long time, we suggest you follow the few simple tips listed in the Product Care section of each card. For any doubts or questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Product images are true to the original. However, colors may slightly differ depending on your device and screen resolution.

Orders and Payments
On Eglooh you can purchase with Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery.
When confirming your order if you use a credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
First of all, we remind you that the failure to authorize does not imply any charge. The reasons why the payment was not successful can be many and do not necessarily depend on you.
• Check that you have entered the data correctly (number, expiry date).
• Make sure you have enough credit to make the purchase and that the order amount does not exceed the spending limit.
• Learn about your bank's policies regarding online purchases.
If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service.
The invoice can be requested during the order process. During checkout you can enter the data relating to: Billing address, VAT number, Tax code, Recipient code (SDI) or PEC email address for electronic invoicing.
The answer is yes! Cash on delivery has an additional fee of €8.00 that you will have to pay directly to the courier upon delivery. This fee will be automatically added to the total of your order. If you have any doubts or questions do not hesitate to contact us.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed once it has been submitted.
For personalized items, it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order once it is completed. The sale of these products is considered final and does not provide for the possibility of return.
Shipping and Deliveries
We ship our products to the following countries: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
The following costs refer to a single piece. In the case of multiple pieces, they may be subject to a slight increase.
Shipping costs by express courier amount to:
• €5.00 for Italy.
• €9.00 for the following countries: Austria, France, Germany.
• €13.00 for the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain.
• €17.00 for the following countries: Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary.
• €17.00 for the UK.
You can check the status of your order and track your shipment at any time using the tracking code in your shipping confirmation email.

Unfortunately no, it is not possible to choose a specific time and day. All shipments are made via courier who makes deliveries according to their own organizational logic and over which we have no power to intervene.
You will therefore need to indicate a shipping address where someone is always present to collect the package. Alternatively, we recommend that you indicate a different shipping address, for example a house with a concierge, an office, etc.
The courier attempts 2 deliveries. After 2 attempts, the shipment will be put into storage at the courier's warehouse for a maximum period of 5 working days.
Within this period of time, you can contact Customer Service at the number indicated on the delivery notice left by the courier in your absence, and provide instructions for a new delivery or, alternatively, communicate that you will collect the package yourself from the courier branch closest to you.
Contact us and we will give you instructions for replacing the non-compliant item.
For next time: if at the time of delivery, you notice signs of tampering, visible damage or any other type of anomaly (e.g. a mismatch in the number of packages), contest in writing the operator who makes the delivery, adding the wording on the Accompanying Document: "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION DUE TO DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT" followed by a description of the anomaly found.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product as long as it is intact, unused and complete with the original packaging.
Returns can be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return shipping can be handled in two ways:
• You take care of the shipping directly with the courier of your choice. As soon as the return reaches our warehouses, we will proceed with the full refund of your purchase.
• We will take care of the collection, at our expense, and once the return is at our warehouses we will proceed with the refund by deducting the shipping costs you paid for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
If we take care of the collection, we will deduct the shipping costs you paid for the purchase.
If your purchase is defective or non-compliant, you will not have to pay any costs to return it: the return shipping and its re-delivery will be entirely at our expense.
Once we have received the returned item and verified its integrity, we will send you an email confirming acceptance of the return.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase.
The refund currency depends on the credit card provider you used to make the payment, and usually occurs within two statements.
With PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bank Transfer, the refund usually occurs within a few days.
In case of payment by cash on delivery, we will ask you to provide us with all the data necessary for the purposes of the refund.
Customized products cannot be returned, except for any errors made by our team and defective or non-compliant items.
