Do you speak design? The visual language of design is universal, and transforms shapes, lines, colours and lifestyles.
An alphabet of words, between trends and aesthetics, gives life to the 2023 edition of the Salone del Mobile and the Milan Design Week, an experience that explores the balance between different conceptual levels - the contemporary and the future, innovation and continuity.
Among exclusive previews and interior interpretations, Eglooh's accessories also find their place, together with the #23Collection by Cattelan Italia.
D is for Design, S is for Salone: an anthology of contemporary character
The posters that communicate this 2023 edition reveal the intuition that identifies the Salone as a system of connections, opportunities, energy and impressions, between pop and contemporary characters.
From the concept of Design comes a genuine alphabet composed of archetypes, icons and furnishing lines, with a colourful campaign signed by Gio Pastori.
How does this design alphabet shape the spaces and trends at the Salone and Milan Design Week?
In our daily life environments, objects become increasingly changeable, transforming themselves and transcending their primary function. We encounter open spaces populated with free-standing furniture, decorative panels, essential structural elements and different materials that intertwine to create something new. The living contexts are therefore extremely dynamic, to accommodate moments of life ranging from the private to the professional sphere, from a personal dimension to a shared one.
Palettes emphasise delicate and natural tones, such as whites, warm greys, natural and earthy hues, as well as high-contrast colours such as blues and greens that complement lighter shades.
The focus on sustainability and care for details is extremely high, together with a marked handcrafted reminiscence that brings some timeless traditions into the future.
The values interpreted among the brands exhibiting at Salone 2023 can be found in the range of unique elements created by Eglooh, which this year joins the Milan Design Week experience thanks to Cattelan Italia's design environments.
Discreetly and with character at the same time, there are numerous products alongside the new #23Collection on tables, bookcases and furnishing complements, all with Italian taste and outstanding functionality.
From the Calliope desk pad to the Helios pencil case sets, from the new Minerva, Dafne and Zefiro pen holders to the Perseo and Iris valet trays, up to the Dafne desk set and the Minerva paper tray.
Represented in captivating and trendy shades, each of them finds its own special place in Cattelan Italia's stand, which we look forward to unveil.
D as in Design, S as in Salone, E as in Eglooh: a linguistic association that adds to the C of Cattelan and is ready to navigate the Salone del Mobile experience with character and style.
You can find Cattelan Italia's space, together with Eglooh products, in Hall 10 - Stand A15-B18!
